How we handle information when you visit InfosPixel or contact us.
Responsibility and contact
This policy applies to https://infospixel.com, operated under the name InfosPixel. Send privacy questions, requests for information about the operator and personal data requests through Contact, selecting Privacy and personal data.
Information that may be processed
When you browse, the hosting infrastructure may record your IP address, date and time, requested pages, browser information and error logs. These records help deliver the site, diagnose faults and protect the service. The contact form collects the name you provide, email address, subject and message. Do not send sensitive information or unnecessary documents.
Tools and preferences
The word counter, text converter and percentage calculator process inputs in your browser; using their fields does not send those entries to the server. Language and theme preferences may remain in local browser storage until you change them or clear site data. The host still receives ordinary requests to load pages.
Purposes and grounds
We handle information needed to provide and secure the portal, answer messages, fix problems and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the situation, processing relies on responding to a request, consent where required, legitimate interests in operation and security, or compliance with legal obligations. Sending a message does not authorize marketing or the sale of your data.
Website usage statistics
We use WP Statistics to understand which pages are visited, where visits come from and which device and browser types are used. Records remain in our hosting database and are not sent to an external analytics service. The statistics plugin does not use cookies in this configuration. It processes technical information, including the IP address and browser details received with the connection, to generate a derived, hashed identifier; IP anonymization is also enabled. This does not mean that no technical information is processed.
We have not enabled recording logged-in user IDs or full browser user-agent strings. Visits from administrators and the editorial team are excluded. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track signal. URLs may include permitted UTM campaign identifiers; these must not contain names, email addresses or other personal details. Unapproved parameters are removed from the statistical URL. We do not use these statistics to identify individuals or for remarketing.
The plugin’s routine aggregates visit details after 180 days; historical visitor and pageview totals may remain. The purpose is to assess usage, address navigation problems and improve content. Counts are estimates and may be affected by blockers and privacy preferences. For questions or requests, use Contact.
Cookies and advertising
WordPress may use access and security cookies for people visiting administration areas. AdSense ads have not yet been activated on the portal. If Google advertising is enabled, third parties including Google may use cookies to show ads based on earlier visits to this or other sites. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using that browsing activity. Manage personalization through My Ad Center and read how Google uses data for advertising. This policy and consent options will be updated before activation, including identifying other providers where applicable. Refusing optional advertising should not prevent access to free content.
Providers and recipients
Hostinger provides hosting; the email service receives and transmits contact messages. These providers may process information needed for operation, including on infrastructure outside your country, under their agreements and applicable legal requirements. See Hostinger’s privacy policy. We do not sell contact information. Data may also be disclosed when legally required or legitimately necessary to defend rights.
Retention and protection
Messages remain in the email system for the time needed to handle and follow up on a request, meet obligations or defend rights. Technical logs and backups follow operational needs and provider cycles. The form uses validation, origin checks and submission limits; an identifier derived from the IP address may be stored for up to ten minutes to enforce those limits. No system removes every risk. Avoid sharing unnecessary information.
Your rights
Under applicable law you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, and deletion or anonymization where available. You may also withdraw consent or object in the circumstances provided by law. Use Contact. We may ask only for verification necessary to protect other people’s data. Some information may need to be retained for legal reasons. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
External links, children and changes
External websites have their own privacy practices. InfosPixel does not intentionally request children’s information; parents or guardians may ask us to assess and remove information submitted inappropriately. This policy may change to reflect actual changes to the service; the date below identifies this version.
